Bachelor's Degree in Agribusiness, Business Economics, Finance, Cooperative Management, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in one or more of Agriterra's key result areas, including: Cooperative business development, Market development, Agricultural services, Governance, Financial management.
Sector Knowledge
Experience or understanding in the following will be an added advantage: Climate finance, Project monitoring and evaluation.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Fluent spoken and written English.
Ability to communicate with diverse audiences.
Knowledge of additional languages is a major advantage.
Other Requirements
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Willingness to travel regularly to project sites and partner organisations.
