Be a Kenyan citizen.
Have served for a minimum period of three years in a relevant position.
Hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology, Informatics, Computer Science and Technology, Information Systems, Informatics and Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Security and Forensics, Business Information Technology, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Possess relevant ICT certifications from a recognized institution.
Have knowledge of e-Government or digital transformation, which will be an added advantage.
Demonstrate merit and ability through work performance and results.
Satisfy the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya.
