Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Higher Diploma in Human Resources or CHRP certification will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 6–8 years' experience in HR and Administration; experience within agribusiness, logistics, transport, FMCG or a similar operational environment is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour laws, statutory requirements and HR best practices.
Hands-on experience with HR systems, HRIS and payroll software.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills, with high integrity and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
