Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Health Services Management or a related field.
Minimum three (3) years of progressive experience in healthcare administration or management, preferably within a hospital or private healthcare setting.
Demonstrated experience managing healthcare operations, people and facility performance.
Good understanding of healthcare quality management, regulatory compliance, patient safety and accreditation requirements.
Good understanding of healthcare financial and operational performance, including revenue management, cost control and resource optimisation.
