Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or equivalent certification
At least 3 years of safety management experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessment, accident prevention, regulatory compliance, and safety audit reporting
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to influence and train employees at all levels to strictly adhere to safety protocols
