Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Economics, Construction Management, or a related field from a recognized university.
Professional certification in Project Management, Real Estate Finance, Sustainability/Green Finance, Fundraising, Capital Raising, or a related discipline.
Master's Degree (MBA, MSc, MA, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
Experience
Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience, including at least 5 years in affordable housing, real estate development, project management, housing finance, investment management, or a related field.
Proven experience in capital raising, transaction structuring, real estate funding, or development finance.
Demonstrated success in portfolio management, business development, and leading multidisciplinary teams.
Strong understanding of affordable housing programmes, housing finance, real estate markets, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
Demonstrated knowledge of the Kenyan housing sector, including market, economic, social, and demographic trends.
Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and strategic leadership skills.
