Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's/MBA is an added advantage.
8+ years of experience in business development, commercial management, sales, or strategic partnerships, with 3+ years of leadership experience.
Experience building an early-stage commercial function, developing partner channels, managing customer success or preparing regional market entry.
Strong understanding of the technology, ICT, SaaS, informatics, or digital solutions industry, including emerging market trends and business opportunities.
Excellent negotiation, stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and communication skills.
