Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Strategic Management, or a related field.
Minimum of ten (10) years progressive experience in finance, financial planning, management reporting, financial controls, corporate performance management or related fields.
At least five (5) years in a senior leadership role.
A relevant professional qualification, being one of: Certified Public Accountant in Tanzania (CPA-T) registered with the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA); Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA); Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA); or Chartered Accountant (CA) recognised by the National Board of Accountants and Auditors.
Experience within transportation, logistics, shipping, infrastructure, mobility services, supply chain, healthcare, or another operationally intensive industry is preferred.
Demonstrated experience leading budgeting, financial planning, financial reporting, governance and performance management functions.
