Deep knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite core Finance modules and related end-to-end Finance processes.
Working knowledge of Oracle EPM modules and financial reporting, planning, budgeting or consolidation processes.
Strong understanding of banking Finance processes and source systems, including Finacle and Way4.
Good knowledge of process mapping, requirements definition, system design, UAT, data migration, controls design and post go-live support.
Strong appreciation of digitisation, AI, RPA, workflow automation, data analytics and emerging technology use cases in Finance.

Effective stakeholder engagement, communication and user training skills.
Ability to work across functions and subsidiaries to deliver practical outcomes.

Experience Requirements
5–8 years' experience in Finance systems, Finance transformation, business process improvement or related roles within a financial services organisation.
Hands-on experience supporting or implementing Finance systems and process improvement initiatives.
Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite core Finance modules and Oracle EPM modules.
Experience with banking systems and Finance processes, including Finacle and Way4, is required.
Experience in requirements gathering, system/process design, testing, data migration, user training, go-live support and issue resolution.
Exposure to multi-country or Group-level Finance operations will be an added advantage.
Academic Qualifications and Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Technology or a related discipline.
Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CISA, CIMA or equivalent will be an added advantage.
Project management, business analysis, process improvement, automation or ERP certification will be an added advantage.
