Bachelor's degree in Commerce, specialising in Finance or Accounting, or a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an Accounting specialisation, from a recognised institution.
CPA Part III or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
Experience using financial software.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Knowledge of public-sector financial-reporting guidelines.
Proficiency in computer applications and relevant accounting packages.
Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
Compliance with the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010.
At least three years of relevant professional experience.
