Legal authorization to live and work in the country applied for — nationals of the country, or holders of a valid residency permit granting the right to work — together with strong knowledge of the national context, local culture, and operational environment.
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics, Economics, Public Administration, or any related field.
At least 1 year of proven experience in field coordination, data collection supervision, monitoring and evaluation, social or market research, or development fieldwork.
Previous experience coordinating field teams in the country applied for is strongly preferred.
Fluency in English and fluency in the local languages of the country applied for.
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with diverse communities, including vulnerable groups, with professionalism, respect, and cultural sensitivity.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage daily field plans and team follow-up.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and commitment to research ethics and humanitarian principles.
Desirable Requirements (all countries)
Previous experience working with CPCD, NGOs, UN agencies, consultancy or market research firms, research institutes, foundations, or government-affiliated entities.
Experience in monitoring and evaluation, assessments, Third-Party Monitoring, KIIs, FGDs, beneficiary satisfaction studies, or household surveys.
Familiarity with digital data collection tools such as Kobo Collect, ODK, SurveyCTO, or similar platforms.
Understanding of basic sampling approaches, quota management, and field quality assurance procedures.
Experience in relevant sectors such as Protection, Migration, Social Protection, Food Security and Livelihoods, WASH, Health, Education, Shelter, Employment and Livelihoods, Community Development, or Cash Assistance.
Valid driving licence, given the distances between assigned sites.
