University Degree/Diploma in Economics/Accounting/Project Management, Business Administration/Management/Banking/Marketing/Cooperative/Agricultural Economics/Agriculture or related social sciences and business fields.
Candidate should be ready to comply and live up to and in accordance with the organization's Ideals and Core Values.
At least 3 years' experience in a Microfinance Institution.
Experience in S4T-Savings for Transformation is an added advantage.
Determined personality with initiative, perseverance, and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Capability and willingness to take responsibility and highly developed sense of rectitude.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Effective Underwriting skills.
Be a good trainer, facilitator, mentor, credit sales oriented and coach.
Very good communication, sales, and market assessment skills.
All candidates must be professing and practicing Christians whose conduct and depth of character are governed by personal Christian convictions.
