Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Corporate Governance, Management, Commerce, Public Administration or a related field.
Training in corporate governance, company secretarial practice, Board administration or professional minute writing.
At least three years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: executive assistance, Board administration, corporate governance, or company-secretarial support.
Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong professional minute-writing ability.
Good understanding of Board governance and committee procedures.
Understanding of quorum requirements, resolutions and conflicts of interest.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
Initiative and strong attention to detail.
Ability to coordinate multiple responsibilities and follow up on actions.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
Willingness to travel to client locations when required.
