Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from a recognized university.
Registered as a Graduate Engineer with the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK).
Required Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant post-graduation experience in electrical building-services design, tender documentation, and construction supervision.
Demonstrated experience across a diverse range of building types, including residential, commercial, institutional and industrial developments.
Experience in infrastructure and renewable-energy projects is an added advantage.
Technical Knowledge and Skills
Sound working knowledge of applicable Kenyan and international electrical codes and standards, including IEE/BS 7671 wiring regulations, KEBS/KS standards, IEC standards, and NFPA fire and life-safety codes.
Proficiency in relevant engineering-design software, including AutoCAD and Revit.
Proficiency in technical drawing production.
Proficiency in DIALux or Relux.
Experience in lighting design.
Experience in photometric analysis.
Exposure to Solar PV design.
Exposure to Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) design and integration.
Experience preparing bid documentation.
Experience evaluating EPC or specialist-contractor proposals.
