Medical Doctor, Registered Nurse, Clinical Officer or other relevant health qualifications (Essential).
Master's degree in public health, Health Informatics, Epidemiology, Digital Health, Health Information Systems or related field (Essential).
Experience
Minimum 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in humanitarian or public health programs (Essential).
Demonstrated experience developing, implementing and working with DHIS2 and/or Electronic Medical Records and/or Health information systems, including medical indicators, metadata, and reporting systems (Essential).
Experience and skilled in medical data management, analysis and visualization (Essential).
Proven experience in supervision, mentoring, and trainings skills.
Demonstrated experience in supervision, mentoring, and training.
