Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in GIS / Geospatial Information Science, Surveying, Remote Sensing, Geography, Geomatics, Data Science, Computer Science, Environmental Science, Agriculture, or a related technical discipline.
1–2 years of relevant professional experience.
Technical Skills
GIS software such as QGIS or ArcGIS.
Understanding of coordinate systems and spatial data.
Experience working with raster and vector datasets.
Basic understanding of remote sensing and aerial imagery.
Experience processing or analysing drone imagery is highly desirable.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Ability to organize and manage large datasets.
Basic data visualization and reporting skills.
Desirable Technical Experience
Drone photogrammetry.
Multispectral imagery and vegetation indices such as NDVI.
Orthomosaic and DEM generation.
3D or terrain modelling.
QGIS / ArcGIS spatial analysis.
PostGIS or spatial databases.
Dashboard development or interactive web mapping.
Python or other data-analysis tools.
Experience with DJI drone data and processing workflows.
Knowledge of aquaculture, agriculture, environmental monitoring, or farm operations.
