At least fifteen (15) years of relevant work experience, including at least three (3) years at senior management level.
A Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Education, Sociology, Gender/Women and Development Studies, Gender and Development, Community Development, Counselling and Psychology, Sociology and Religious Studies, Sociology and Economics, or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
A Master's degree in Guidance and Counselling, Sociology, Education, Counselling Psychology, Public Administration/Policy, Gender Studies and Development, Criminology and Criminal Justice, Criminology and Security Management, Community Development, Development Studies, Project Management, or another related field from a recognised institution.
A leadership course lasting not less than four weeks.
Membership in a relevant professional body where applicable.
A valid practising licence where applicable.
Proficiency in computer applications.
