Appropriate technical knowledge relevant to water and sanitation infrastructure development.
Demonstrated experience in infrastructure or engineering project planning and implementation.
Strong leadership, planning and project-management capabilities.
Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
Knowledge of applicable infrastructure development standards and regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical, communication and report-writing skills.
Computer proficiency.
