A minimum period of 15 years' cumulative relevant work experience, 5 years of which should have been at the grade of Assistant Director or in a comparable position.
Bachelor's Degree in any of the following disciplines: Commerce, Business Administration, Sociology, Business Management, Public Administration, Human Resource, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Communication and Technology, Public Relations, or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
Master's Degree in any of the following disciplines: Commerce, Business Administration, Sociology, Business Management, Public Administration, Human Resource, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Communication and Technology, Public Relations, or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
Certificate in a Leadership Course lasting not less than 4 weeks from a recognised institution.
Membership in a recognised professional body and in good standing.
Proficiency in computer applications.
Demonstrated managerial, administrative and professional competence in work performance and results.
Thorough understanding of national goals, policies and objectives and the ability to relate them to proper management of the Corporate Services function.
