6+ years of progressive experience in digital health, health information systems, or a closely related field, with a demonstrable track record of senior-level delivery.
Deep knowledge of health information systems architecture and at least one major HIS platform (e.g., DHIS2, OpenMRS, iHRIS, or equivalent).
Proven experience engaging and presenting to senior government officials, UN agencies, or major international development donors.
Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional specification writing.
Experience working in or supporting health systems in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (public health, health informatics, information systems, or related discipline); Master's degree preferred.
Preferred
Familiarity with global digital health frameworks and standards: WHO SCORE, OpenHIE, HL7 FHIR, SNOMED CT.
Experience supporting Ministries of Health in the development or operationalisation of national eHealth or digital health strategies.
Knowledge of health programme areas relevant to the Africa context (HMIS, immunisation, HIV/AIDS, maternal & child health, disease surveillance).
Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms and chatbot or AI integration in health workflows.
