Degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. Relevant postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
Minimum 5 years proven experience implementing digital or precision agriculture solutions for horticulture, tree crops preferred.
Experience in data validation, quality assurance, and/or agricultural analytics.
Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent dashboard development and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to train others.
Experience in horticulture or the Kenyan agricultural sector is an advantage.
