Customer Service Operations Officer – Transit Operations

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Clearing & Forwarding, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in freight forwarding or clearing and forwarding operations.
• Proven experience managing transit cargo through Mombasa into Uganda.
• Good understanding of transit procedures for Uganda, Rwanda, South Sudan, and the DRC.
• Knowledge of Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) processes, Kenya TradeNet, and regional transit documentation is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good understanding of customs clearance and transit documentation processes.
