2+ years' experience in international humanitarian aid or development
Proven experience with enterprise data sets, including technical skills across the data stack: cloud lakehouse platforms (Databricks preferred), Python and SQL, dbt or equivalent transformation tooling, pipeline orchestration, and BI/visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
Demonstrable experience planning and executing complex analytics projects across multiple stakeholders.
Skills & Competencies
More than two years of professional experience with PowerBI
Strong data visualization and communication skills: ability to "tell a story" with numbers in a variety of formats: PowerPoints, dashboards, memos, and presentations.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Curiosity and willingness to explore complex and ambiguous problems and deliver actionable insights through both quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
Highly collaborative and pro-active colleague with a talent for delivering results with cross-functional groups
Strong attention to detail & commitment to a high standard of work product.
