Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agricultural Extension, Rural Development, Community Development, Natural Resources, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in agricultural extension, farmer mobilization, project implementation, stakeholder engagement, or advocacy support.
Key Competencies
Resident within the county cluster applied for with strong local networks.
Good understanding of county government and agricultural extension systems.
Knowledge of agroecology, regenerative agriculture, or renewable energy in agriculture is an added advantage.
Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
Good record-keeping and report-writing abilities.
Ability to work independently and travel regularly within the assigned county.
Proficiency in email, messaging applications, and standard digital reporting tools.
SOCAA membership is an added advantage, while successful non-members should be willing to meet the professional membership requirements.
