A Master of Laws (LL.M) degree or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
A Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from a recognised institution.
Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, with a valid Law Practising Certificate.
Certified Public Secretary, CPS(K).
Certified Governance Auditor (CGA).
Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Kenya (LSK).
A Leadership Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognised institution.
Proficiency in computer applications.
At least twelve (12) years of relevant work experience in the public or private sector, with at least five (5) years at management level.
Demonstrated results in work performance, with experience in governance, legal advisory, litigation management, corporate secretarial services, regulatory compliance and contract management.
