What you bring
An advanced degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Management, Psychology, or a related behavioral/social science field.
Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating training on safeguarding, PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse), or related protection topics.
Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating training on supervisory skills, psychological safety, or supportive communication.
Strong understanding of survivor-centered approaches and relevant global safeguarding frameworks.
Prior experience working with research, academic, or non-profit institutions, preferably within the African context.
Excellent facilitation, adult-learning, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior and mid-level staff.
Ability to develop clear, practical, and engaging training materials.
