Diploma in Public Health, Nursing Sciences, or Clinical Medicine. Degree in Nursing Sciences, Clinical Medicine, or Public Health will be an added advantage.
At least 2-year experience in Health programming especially with Global Fund - TB will be highly valuable.
The holder of this position must be result oriented who can handle heavy workload as well as manage and satisfy multiple, and at times conflicting organizational, donor and other stakeholder demands.
He/she must also have ample experience in public relations and be a strong team player.
Computer proficiency in use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc).
Strong communication skills and excellent data collection, and documentation.
Skills in local partnership engagement is key.
