Advanced university degree (master's degree or equivalent) in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Media Studies, International Relations, Environmental Policy, or related field is required.
A first-level university degree in combination with an additional two (2) years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of an advanced university degree.
Successful completion of both degree and non-degree programs in data analytics, or data science programs is desirable.
Minimum 5 years of experience in communications, public information, media relations, or strategic communications.
Fluency in oral and written English is required.
Knowledge of French is an asset.
