Bachelor's degree in any of the following fields: Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, Environmental Sciences, Agricultural Sciences, Applied Sciences, Business Studies, Social Sciences, or other relevant fields.
Master's Degree in a relevant field.
Leadership Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks.
Membership in a relevant professional body, where applicable, and be in good standing.
Fulfilment of the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya.
At least fifteen (15) years of proven experience in a relevant field.
At least five (5) years of the required experience must have been at senior management level or in a comparable position.
