Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Minimum of five (5) years' experience managing branch or centre operations, preferably within a healthcare, hospital, fertility, or medical services environment.
Experience in fertility, IVF, or reproductive healthcare is an added advantage.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent customer service and patient relationship management abilities.
Strong operational planning and organizational skills.
Financial and budget management capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
