What you bring
At least a Master's degree in the relevant field from a recognized and accredited university;
A Bachelor's degree in the relevant field from a recognized and accredited university;
At least Ten (10) years relevant cumulative work experience, Three (3) of which should be in Quality Management Systems auditing, Academic Quality audits, monitoring of both teaching and examinations, development and review of Strategic Plan, internal validation of academic programmes and analysis of feedback on Student/Lecturer Course evaluation;
Demonstrated ability to coordinate Performance Contract negotiations, vetting, implementation and evaluation;
Demonstrated ability to analyze and submit Performance Contract reports to State agencies;
Demonstrated ability to coordinate Quality Management System Audits including but not limited to; preparation of audit program, audit plans, Management Reviews and Corrective Action Plans;
Demonstrated ability to train staff on Quality Management Systems implementation;
Knowledge and application of ISO 9001: 2015 in addition to ISO 19011 Standards;
Possess skills in at least one statistical analysis package;
Possess Management Representative skills; and
Ability and willingness to work under minimal supervision & outside routine hours.
