Cumulative service period of twelve (12) years relevant work experience, three (3) of which must have been at the grade of Principal Human Resource Management Officer or in a comparable position.
Bachelor's degree in any of the following disciplines: Human Resource Management, Business Management or Administration, Public Administration or Social Sciences, plus a Diploma in any of the following disciplines: Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Industrial Relations, Labour Relations or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
Master's degree in any of the following disciplines: Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Strategic Planning or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
Management Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognised institution.
Professional qualification and membership of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM), and in good standing.
Proficiency in computer applications.
