Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration/Management, Community Development or another Social Science from a recognised institution.
Minimum five (5) years of experience.
Must satisfy the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya 2010.
Senior Management Course from a recognised institution may be preferred.
