Bachelor's Degree in Statistics or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
Proficiency in statistical-analysis applications such as SPSS, R or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant computer applications.
Knowledge of competency-based assessment and TVET assessment procedures.
Relevant experience in assessment, examinations or data management within a TVET environment will be an added advantage.

General Requirements
Applicants must be Kenyan citizens of good conduct and satisfy the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010 on Leadership and Integrity.
Successful candidates will be required to provide the relevant statutory clearances, including those applicable from KRA, HELB, EACC, DCI and a Credit Reference Bureau.
