Artisan Certificate or Government Trade Test 1 in Welding and Fabrication from a recognized Institution.
At least three (3) years' experience in the grade of Artisan in a comparable and relevant position.
Demonstrated competencies in trade craftsmanship, safe tool use, work interpretation, attention to detail, teamwork, communication, integrity and service orientation.
Demonstrated merit, integrity, professional competence and ability as reflected in work performance.
