Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in application or Functional support preferably in nonprofit or international development sector
3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or Dynamics AX
Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar)
Experience supporting ERP or financial management systems
Speaks Fluent English.
Preferred Skills
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations certification
Experience with other enterprise applications (Service now, Jira, Workday, Power BI, etc.)
Experience working in the NGO or nonprofit sector, especially in distributed or low-bandwidth environments
