You have built and run a training programme end to end. You wrote the material, taught it, assessed it, and changed it based on what the results told you. Two or more years of this.
You can show us the material. A curriculum map, a session plan, an assessment rubric, a learner workbook, a graded practical task. Something you made, that real people were taught from.
You have trained adults with mixed digital exposure, people who were nervous about technology, not colleagues who already worked in tech.
You have used AI tools to produce work someone else depended on, in a job, under a deadline, where being wrong had a consequence.
You can hold a room. Facilitation is a performance skill. We will assess it live, not from your CV.
Experience: Training in a BPO that has AI-enabled digital operations and data services or equivalent.
Qualifications
A minimum of a Relevant Diploma (formal education required).
A Computer Science, IT or Data Science degree is NOT required. We care what you have taught and what your learners could do afterwards. If you came to this from classroom teaching, operations, quality assurance, or an employability programme and taught yourself the AI, you are close to exactly who we are looking for.
Certifications: Bring them if you have them. They will not substitute for the work sample.
