Bachelor's Degree in Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, Agriculture, Business Management, Development Studies or a related field.
Strong practical understanding of agricultural value chains, farmer organisations, cooperatives and market-linkage development.
Demonstrated ability to work with producer groups, off-takers, financial-service providers and other agribusiness stakeholders.
Strong analytical, communication, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to support commercially oriented farmer enterprises.
Willingness and ability to undertake regular field travel across Nakuru and Kilifi Counties and work closely with rural communities and project partners.
