PhD in Manufacturing, Manufacturing Management, Industrial Management or a relevant discipline; or relevant Master's degree with at least 10 years of senior industry experience.
Must be nominated by a Kenya Association of Manufacturers member firm.
At least 3 years of post-qualification work experience.
Appropriate publication record where the academic qualification pathway applies.
Current knowledge of manufacturing-sector standards and practices.
Registration with a relevant professional body.
Strong practical knowledge of manufacturing environments.
Ability to translate industry experience into meaningful classroom learning.
