Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA (K), ACCA, or active progress towards a professional accounting qualification is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years' hands-on accounting or bookkeeping experience, preferably supporting multiple entities or within an outsourced accounting environment.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, Kenyan tax legislation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Excel, including reconciliations and financial working papers.
Experience with Jedox is an added advantage.
Experience supporting multiple legal entities, cross-border operations, or group accounting environments is preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with management, auditors, and external stakeholders.
