Diploma in Accounting/Finance with 3–5 years' relevant experience, or Certificate in Accounting with 5–7 years' hands-on experience. A degree and CPA (K) qualification will be an added advantage.
Strong practical experience in bank, M-PESA, POS/PDQ, and payment reconciliations.
Experience in retail, FMCG, or multi-branch operations is preferred.
Proven hands-on experience in inventory accounting, stock control, and reconciliation.
Strong attention to detail, high integrity, and the ability to work independently and take ownership.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
Systems-oriented and process-driven, with the ability to implement, optimize, and leverage ERP/POS systems.
