Experience selling to US-based business owners or decision-makers is preferred
High-volume outbound calling experience
Experience owning or managing a measurable funnel with at least 4 tracked stages
Experience managing weekly KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, pipeline reporting, or performance reporting tied to sales, recruiting, marketing, operations, or revenue
Experience building or managing at least 3 funnel automations using tools like Zapier, n8n, Make, Airtable, Google Sheets, CRM workflows, ATS workflows, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools
Strong spoken and written English
Overlap with U.S. business hours (Central Time preferred)
Daily use of AI tools to speed up research, prep, and follow-up
