Experience: 1–3 years of outbound software/B2B sales experience. Strong preference for candidates who have managed both front-end pipeline generation (including phone prospecting) and closed deals.
Excellent communication and English fluency. You write crisp, persuasive copy and speak with clarity and confidence on the phone - fluent or near-native English is essential, since you'll be pitching and building relationships in English-speaking markets every day.
Phone Prospecting Skills: A proven track record of handling high-volume cold calling campaigns, with the resilience to navigate gatekeepers and the confidence to pitch value propositions live.
Modern Outbound Tech Stack: Hands-on proficiency with premium professional databases, contact-sourcing directories, programmatic list-enrichment engines, specialized cold email automation software, and modern cloud dialers/sales engagement tools.
Deliverability Knowledge: You understand the fundamentals of modern cold email, domain setups, SPF/DKIM/DMARC records, warmup schedules, and copy-writing structures that avoid spam filters.
Timezone & Schedule Alignment: You can reliably overlap with EST/CST business hours to reach our markets and stay in sync with the team.
Collaborative Team Player: You are a strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. You enjoy sharing winning strategies with colleagues, communicating transparently, and brainstorming with marketing, product and sales teams to win deals together.
Problem-Solving Mindset: You treat outbound sales like an engineering puzzle. You love analyzing conversion rates, diagnosing why a campaign isn't booking meetings, and adjusting the strategy.
Tools: Working experience with some of the tools such as Hubspot CRM, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, Instantly.ai or similar.
Remote Autonomy: You're disciplined and motivated in a remote setup, and you share what's working rather than sitting on it.
