Duly registered tax consultancy firm in Kenya with valid practicing credentials.
Current and valid registration as a KRA Tax Agent.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in tax advisory services, with a focus on NGOs, charities, and non-profit organizations.
Demonstrated track record of successfully supporting organizations in obtaining or renewing tax exemption status.
Experience engaging directly with KRA and other regulatory bodies on behalf of clients.
Key Personnel Requirements
Lead Consultant: Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K) or equivalent qualification, with not less than five years' relevant experience in NGO tax compliance.
Supporting Staff: Relevant professional qualifications and demonstrated experience in tax law and compliance.
