Served for a minimum of six (6) years cumulative relevant work experience, three (3) at the level of Water Resources Officer I or in a comparable and relevant position in the public service
Bachelor's degree in any of the following: Hydrology, Soil, Water and Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Geology, Geoinformatics, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
Membership with a professional body, where applicable, in good standing
