Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, Environmental Science, Soil Science, Sustainable Agriculture, or a related field.
5–7 years' experience in regenerative agriculture, agronomy, sustainability, or agricultural extension, preferably within the coffee value chain.
Proven experience leading agronomy teams and implementing farmer support and regenerative agriculture programs.
Experience working with smallholder farmers, cooperatives, and sustainability certification programs including Rainforest Alliance, Fairtrade, and C.A.F.E. Practices.
Strong background in soil health management, climate-smart agriculture, farmer training, and sustainability reporting.
