Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Community Health, Social Sciences, Nursing, or a closely related health field. A Master's degree is an added advantage.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in community health, MNCH programming, or public health interventions in Kenya.
Demonstrated experience working with community health systems, primary health care programs, and county/sub-county health structures.
Hands-on experience with Kenya's Community Health Strategy and familiarity with the Community Health Promoter (CHP) model.
Experience with digital health systems particularly ECHIS (Electronic Community Health Information System) is required.
Experience working with international NGOs or donor-funded programs is required.
Deep knowledge of Kenya's community health system and UHC goals.
Proficiency in ECHIS and digital health data platforms.
Strong MEAL skills including DQA and results reporting.
RMNCH and PHC programming expertise.
Excellent coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
High integrity, adaptability, and commitment to mission.
