What you bring
Completion of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Supplemental training in Project Management or a related area is required
A Bachelor's degree in Administration, Project Management, Economics, International Relations, Environmental Management — or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a related area — is desirable
A minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience in project planning, management and analysis at the national or international level
Experience reviewing project documents, progress reports, workplans, and financial documents (budgets and expenditure reports)
Experience in the management of environmental projects, including monitoring and evaluation, would be considered an advantage
Experience working for multilateral or bilateral funding entities in the field of environment or development is desirable
Experience working with national governments in Africa is desirable
Fluency in written and oral English is required
Fluency in oral and written French is desirable
