Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Water/Wastewater Engineering, Environmental Science, Business or any other relevant field from a recognized institution
Leadership/senior management course of at least 4 weeks from a recognized institution
Professional qualification and membership to a relevant professional body and in good standing
Have a minimum of twelve (12) years' working experience, seven (7) of which must be in senior management position in the Kenyan water sector
Have excellent communication, presentation skills, strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational and team leadership capabilities with high professional ethical standards
Should be a person of high integrity and should meet the requirements of chapter six of the constitution of Kenya 2010. The Candidate should provide the following documents: Clearance Certificates from KRA, CRB, HELB, EACC and Certificate of Good Conduct.
Demonstrated change leadership with transformative capability
Should have the capacity to mobilize financial resources for project implementation
Familiar with Water Sector Management of donor funded projects and demonstrated good financial management skills
