What you bring
Bachelor's degree graduate class of 2025 (or a final year student) in Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics or Knowledge Management, Information science.
6 to 12 months experience in monitoring and evaluation activities through research, internship, volunteering within an NGO.
Intermediate or advanced Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point).
Basic understanding of project management cycle and monitoring and evaluation concepts is preferred.
Strong written and verbal language skills in English & Swahili.
Strong interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work on multiple tasks within strict deadlines.
Knowledge of mobile data applications such as CommCare, KOBO Collect, ODK.
High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to manage sensitive information confidentially.
